Training Plans

Running Lobos Team Training

Train with a team of like-minded runners who are looking to meet their personal running goals under the guidance of Coach Arcos. Your individualized training plan will include pace-based workouts within your ability level to help you meet your running goals. Training plans can accommodate novice, experienced, and advanced runners.

What's Included

$250/monthly

  • One-on-one consultation meeting
  • Personalized training plan geared towards a race
  • Office Hours: Monday & Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm
  • In-person coach-led workouts
  • Tuesday track sessions
  • Thursday speed workout sessions
  • Saturday long runs with select key race-specific workouts
  • Key stretches & balance workouts for runners
  • Post-race consultation meeting


Drop-In Sessions

Experience professional run coaching by Coach Arcos while completing a structured track workout. Tuesday and Thursday workouts will include a warm up, plyometric drills, an effort-based workout, and a cool down. This is for runners looking to join the Running Lobos on an as-needed basis or want to preview training with a supportive team.

Tuesdays & Thursday Speed Sessions

$25/session

  • Effort-based track or speed workout
  • Tuesdays, 6:30pm, Location: Chittick Field (1900 Walnut Ave, Long Beach, CA 90806)
  • Thursdays, 6:30pm, Location: TBD
  • Preferred 24 hour advance notice and payment to participate

Saturday Long Runs

Free!

  • Run in Long Beach with the Running Lobos team!
  • 6:00am, Location TBD (follow us on Instragam for more info!)
